Subscription cancellations do not apply retrospectively to orders that have already been processed or dispatched.

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired payment credentials, chargeback, payment gateway failure, or any other reason, the Company may:

Cancel the subscription; or
